The big event last week was a tour of the HEB ice cream plant! Our neighbor, Dan works there and arranged it for Nolan's class on friday when they got out early. About 25 kids and their parents attended; it was very interesting. We couldn't take plant pictures but enjoy the happy kids! Did you know: Ice cream is mainly AIR!, the biggest sundae ever was 12 feet tall!, America's most popular flavor is vanilla!, and July boasts the most ice cream sales!
