We are so proud of Mr. Nathan! He has been flirting with the idea of becoming a big boy and potty training. We have read books and he has inconsistently used the bathroom for weeks. Then last week, he told me that he needed Superman underwear like Nolan's. The box he chose was too big so I replaced it with the right size at the register which was a print different from Nolans. I was informed when I got home that they were not correct. On went his diaper and back to the store we went with Nolan. Nathan opened the package and put a pair on right in the store! We tried out the undies for a day and added M&Ms as a reward for toilet use combined with many parades and forcing Nolan to go "pee pee" (even if he had to pretend) with Nathan. Nolan was a good sport and feels that the M&M thing should become standard at out house! Two days into it, Nathan helped me throw away his diapers. We have spent the week at home and use vinyl pants at night and nap. Just one of life's little hurdles but lots of pride and fun with this one too. Piece of cake Batman!
